  Unfortunately our experience here was poor due to negligent by my children's pediatricians. Not many pediatricians to choose from in this area. Wish the doctors cared enough to provide proper care and medical advice to prevent disease and complications in infants and toddlers. The negative negligence was from a women pediatrician...it is recommended by the clinic to pick a doctor and I choose her. In the past 5 months...I realized my children's pediatrician from shelby's children clinic provided poor service. The problems my child suffer today is due to her neglience. Will not recommend this place for infants or toddlers.

  I actually had no big issues with the doctors themselves more than any other place but be prepared to wait between 45 to 2h in the waiting room alone even when you have an appointment!!! The norm is another 45 minutes once you get into a room. And after two hours in a waiting room with a contagious child, if you notice people going ahead of you and dare to ask how long before you are seen, they will take many minutes to find out for you until you go back to sit down and will come into the waiting room to lie to your face in front of other patients and say they have no rooms and somehow do not appreciate you pointing out that you saw three people go in front of you so that they obviously had rooms... when I finally got to see the female doctor almost 3h after being on time for my appointment, she also stated they had no rooms available which i thought was out of place. The male doctor is nice and even so he is never in our room very long, he at least remembers a few things about my son. But I don't feel like the female doctor knows a thing about my daughters without looking at her chart even after going there for 2.5 years! I just feel up to 3h wait is ridiculous for always having less than 7 minutes of doctor time... or is it just me?
